LOVE SUPREME

Berlin- and Lisbon-based singer-songwriter and visual artist ANIQO will release a new album in November produced by Bill Ryder-Jones

And she’ll be bringing her dark, cinematic sound to the stage — where art pop, spiritual folk and psychedelic songwriting meet. Her unmistakable voice sits alongside tender guitars, orchestral textures, strings and organ, creating music that feels less like a destination and more like a journey through the emotional weather of change.

ANIQO’s debut album BIRTH, recorded in Berlin with analogue recording specialist Guy Sternberg, drew international attention and praise from Rolling Stone Germany, Clash and Wonderland. Her live history includes appearances at Fusion Festival and Pop-Kultur Berlin.

Joining her for a double-headliner night is LOVE SUPREME, bringing their own distinctive take on contemporary music and performance.

Expect atmosphere, intensity and two artists with their own singular worlds.

ANIQO is the musical project of Berlin- and Lisbon-based singer-songwriter and visual artist Anita Goß. Her songs move between dark art pop, spiritual folk and cinematic songwriting. At the centre of her work is her emotional and unmistakable voice, framed by psychedelic and tender guitars, orchestral textures, strings and organ arrangements.

Her songs do not rush toward resolution – they remain within the emotional weather of change.

ANIQO recorded her first songs in Los Angeles in 2017 with Joe Cardamone. Only a handful were released, including the indie-pop track ‘New Signs’ feat. Annie Hardy of Giant Drag, while her music videos, such as ‘Chess’, were featured on the website of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. Her first fully realised album, ‘BIRTH’, was recorded in Berlin in 2020 with jazz and analogue recording specialist Guy Sternberg and released in 2022. It received international attention and outstanding reviews from magazines such as Rolling Stone Germany, Clash and Wonderland. She also performed at renowned festivals and showcases including Fusion Festival and Pop-Kultur Berlin.

In 2025 ANIQO released the stand-alone single ‘The Call’ with a remix by Howie B on La Double Vie. She is currently preparing the release of her forthcoming album produced with Bill Ryder-Jones in England in 2024 and 2025.

LOVE SUPREME

Website

LOVE SUPREME’s music makes a lot of noise while just whispering. It dances, but it doesn’t stand straight, it dances in a messy fashion, like in the best works of poets such as Tom Watts, Leonard Cohen, Serge Gainsbourg, Charles Bukowski or Richard Brautigan. It does so with a rare and distinctive style, mixing the most elegant allure with the worst of hangovers.
