Second Chances, the new single from Nick Edward Harris is a song about the dualities and unpredictable juxtapositions that lie in our collective unconscious.

Written on the topic of redemption, recorded to mimic our fragmented senses of self; the various voices that align and compete for dominance of the ego, the song features two independent lines overdubbed on each instrument, striving for synchrony in an uncomfortably busy soundscape. The result is a full and complex composition, featuring duelling pianos, drums, guitars, banjos, cellos, all building towards an eclectic zenith.
