Patch & the Giant
“This is such a fabulous band to see live. This London 6 piece will melt your heart with their flowing ballads. They spend the summer playing every festival that they could and seem to be happiest in a field, covered in mud drinking scotch from the bottle.”
(My Time London)
“A band you should make an effort to catch”
(Folk Radio UK)
(Genevieve Tudor, BBC)
“Utterly impossible not to sing, stamp, clap along”
“You’d be hard pushed to take a disliking to this lot”
“A real festival highlight”
Forty Elephant Gang
are a rousing and innovative guitar, bass and mandolin wielding four piece from East London. Their songs relay tales of heartbreak, misdeeds and revelry, presented with rich harmonies on a textural musical canvas.
Blending genres from Folk, Acoustic, Americana, Bluegrass, Rock and Pop and tipping the cap to greats like Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Radiohead, Punch Brothers et al, they have been forging their own very unique sound.
Nick Edward Harris
“Someone you really need to see live to appreciate his artistry.”
Folk Radio UK
‘Harris’ playing is deft, fluid while his voice flutters beautifully on top with cascade after cascade of notes driving the point home.’
